How to Purchase Tickets on the Official Hola BCN Website
From here, I will explain the process of purchasing tickets on the official website. By default, the official website is in Spanish, but I will guide you through the process after switching it to English.

First, look up "Hola BCN" and access the official website.

2Select the desired ticket type and number of people
Please decide how many days you will be staying in Barcelona, either 2 days or 3 days, based on your own plans. Please also specify the number of people. Afterward, click "Buy Now"

3Input of Purchaser Information
Please provide the name and email address of the purchaser.
(Note: Name refers to the first name, and Surname refers to the last name)
There are three checkboxes, and you should check them as needed:
- The second one pertains to the receipt. If you require a receipt, please check this box. Once checked, the input information will be displayed for you to fill in.
- The third one is about confirming that there are no issues regarding the purchase terms. Particularly, if there are no issues, please check this box. The third checkbox is for indicating whether you want to receive notifications via email from the official Hola BCN website. If you need this, check the box. If not, leave it blank.
Once you have completed the input up to this point, please click "Pay."

Please verify whether you have received an email regarding your purchase from the official website at the email address you provided earlier, after transitioning to the purchase completion page on the site. The email should contain a PDF file attachment.

Please confirm if you have received an email with an attached file after the purchase is complete. Depending on how you manage your email address, there is a possibility that it might end up in your spam folder, so please check immediately to see if the email has arrived!

What should you do after purchasing the ticket?
Merely completing the ticket purchase on the website does not make it usable in Barcelona! You need to obtain a physical ticket from a kiosk on-site. To do this, you'll have to input the number provided in the PDF file that was sent to you at the time of purchase.
Until you have the ticket in hand, be sure to keep the purchased PDF file stored safely and don't let your guard down!

The 13-digit number you enter at the ticket vending machine is the string of characters located below the barcode. I wasn't sure which numbers to input, so I ended up asking the station attendant for help, haha!
